In Florida, over two million people are facing hunger. That’s 1 in 8 individuals who are unable to provide warm nutritious meals for themselves or their families. As the holiday season quickly approaches, it is difficult not to think about those in need. Layoffs and company cutbacks as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic have exacerbated the issue, making it more difficult to combat.

Individuals and families facing these hardships can be found right here in our own neighborhood. Our agency is committed to providing some much-needed relief to our vulnerable neighbors. For this reason, our Community Cause Campaign will focus on raising awareness and doing everything we can to assist food-insecure individuals and families.

We encourage everyone to join in a local food drive, charity, or other food insecurity program if at all feasible. If you are unable to, we have a simple way for you to still give back.
