Bringing over two years of dedicated service as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) within the insurance industry, and an additional year’s experience as an underwriting assistant for an auto insurance company in the Philippines, my career journey has been both enriching and fulfilling. The thrill of learning new aspects of my role or tackling tasks outside my usual repertoire never ceases to excite me. I am eager to bring my accumulated knowledge, unwavering loyalty, and profound dedication to my work and the agency.
My roots are deeply planted in the Philippines, where I also pursued and completed my bachelor’s degree. Music plays a significant role in my life, serving as a bridge between my son and me. We share a passion for melodies, and I harbor a deep affection for a particular band whose impact on me is so extensive that words here could scarcely do justice.
Chocolate stands as my indulgent weakness, often leading to a humorous cough that customers might recognize— a small price for my excessive consumption, despite the occasional sore throat it brings. Beyond my professional endeavors, my world revolves around my son. Our time together is precious, especially as we often find it’s just the two of us at home.
My commitment to giving back manifests through regular blood donations and providing meals to street children when the opportunity arises, reflecting a deep-seated belief in the importance of community support and kindness.
